The Builder Prime Sales Calendar Just Got Even Better!

The Builder Prime Sales Calendar Just Got Even Better!

Helping you to stay organized and productive is core to our mission at Builder Prime. With this, we are delighted to announce that we have developed additional features for the Sales Calendar to make it even easier to manage the schedule for your sales employees.

The main way we have improved the sales calendar is with a new Options and Filters sidebar.  You can find this on the left side of the Sales Calendar. Click the vertical blue bar to show or hide the different toggles and options, including the names of the sales employees in your company.

You can now have simpler and more powerful tools to help you manage the meetings and tasks assigned to your sales employees in the way that makes the most sense for your workflow and operations. Simply toggle the name bars on the left to hide or show their meetings and to-dos in the calendar. You can also use the checkbox toggles at the top to show/hide the to-dos, and to show/hide weekends in the week and month views.

Identify the sales employees/other employees

The Sales Calendar will not automatically show all events and to-dos for all employees.  If you want the events for an employee to be shown by default, check the box on their employee record to “Show in Sales Calendar by default.”

You may have noticed that there are two categories of employees on the Sales Calendar when you show the sidebar: Sales Employees and Other Employees.  If the employee should be categorized at the top under Sales Employees, make sure to check the box for “Sales Person drop-down” in their employee record.

Finally, you can set the “Default Meeting Color” for the employee to control the color of all the events assigned to that employee in the Sales Calendar.

Employee records can be accessed by navigating to Admin > Employees.

P.S. – Don’t forget to add a nice picture of your employee in their employee record to make identifying their events even simpler.
