New Feature Spotlight: Custom Fields

We are happy to announce a new feature now available in the Builder Prime system: Custom Fields. Our customers often ask for specific fields to be added to the client screen or the project screen, but rather than add a bunch of new fields that may not be relevant for most users, we have instead decided to introduce the concept of a Custom Field. Now, you can add as many different fields to the client or project screen as you wish. Simply navigate over the “Configure” page under the “Admin” menu in the main navigation, and find the box for “Custom Fields”. Here you can set up any field you want to have show up in the client screen or project screen. For now, you can choose from a single-line text field, or a multi-line text field. In the near future, we will add the ability to create custom drop down fields as well where you can even define all of the options for the drop down menu. As soon as you save the field, it will be instantly available on all client or project records.
